The following steps need to be completed:

- refactor the Authentication API in [api-tools-admin](https://github.com/laminas-api-tools/api-tools-admin), see issue [247](https://github.com/zfcampus/zf-apigility-admin/issues/247), for complete the authentication part of the UI;
- finish the unit test;
